With this option you will have access to our maintenance services, as well as our 24/7 emergency services for your solar, electrical, plumbing and gas appliances. To top it off, this option also includes an annual inspection and report to ensure all your appliances are in compliance with SANS’s rules and regulations.

This is by far our most extensive option, as our goal is to optimize your entire consumption system, increase your return on investment and help your save.

This option includes all the services offered by our Maintain, Sustain and Renew packages, but also includes the complete conversion to a solar system, gas geysers and a rainwater harvesting system where possible, to help you get off the grid as much as possible.

Maintenance and services includes:

SOLAR:

Hybrid solar inverter sized according to property
energy demands.
LiFePO4 battery pack, proving endless backup power
during the evenings and overcast weather.
Tier 1 solar panel bank, designed to maintain daytime
loads and charge your battery at an optimal rates.

PLUMBING:

Rainwater harvesting system, automated to ensure
24/7 water availability.
Water filter system, ensuring clean water for
household consumption.
Reverse Osmosis system to provide you with safe and
clean drinking water.

ELECTRICAL:

Excess grid usage reimbursed under TradeAid contract.
LED conversions should it be required.

GAS:

Gas usage reimbursed under TradeAid contract.
Market leading Paloma gas geyser ensuring a quick
and constant hot water supply to property.
